Help for Heroes was launched in October 2007 by a group of friends and service relations who wanted to do something to help the wounded returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Help for Heroes is strictly non political and accepts that conflicts happen and unfortunately will continue to do so, irrespective of the government in power.

It’s quite evident how the general public feel towards our servicemen and women by the level of support and numerous things they are undertaking to raise money for Help for Heroes.

The amount of work H4H has done is staggering when you take into account that it’s only been going for a few years, but to continue this they require our support which is why I’m embarking on my Solo Atlantic Row.
